You can walk in at any time we are open and we will administer the vaccine in a private setting, no appointments needed. For all vaccines we notify the doctor of your choosing so your medical file remains up to date.

We recommend you complete your immunization forms online before you visit to save you time from waiting in any lines at the store. All vaccines we offer have electronic forms to send in or forms to fill out and print off at home and bring in. 

Travel Vaccines

If you are traveling to a foregin country we can help you get the immunizations you need. This is one of our new clinical services covered by insurance, please book an appointment on our site https://islanddrug.com/clinical/ . While we offer vaccines every hour we are open, some travel vaccines need to be coordinated ahead of time. To view what vaccines are recommended by the CDC for your area of travel, please click here

Flu Vaccine

Flu is a contagious respiratory illness that is caused by influeza viruses which can cause mild to severe illnesses. It is spread from person to person through close contact, coughing, or sneezing. The best way to prevent the flu is by getting vaccinated every year.The CDC recommends that people get vaccinated against influenza as soon as flu season vaccine becomes available in their community. Pneumonia

Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs that can cause mild to severe illness in people of all ages. Adults 65 years or older are at increased risk for pneumococcal disease. It is spread from person to person through direct contact with respiratory secretions such as saliva or mucus. The best way to prevent the pneumococcal disease is by getting vaccinated as the vaccines help protect against some of the more than 90 types of pneumococcal bacteria.
